ABOUT POMPEI CHURCH
Our church is the only one in the Mangalore Diocese dedicated to Our Lady of Pompei. We the parishioners celebrated the centenary on 7th November 2021. Our church is located 18kms from Mangalore on Moodbidri road and is under the Kandavar gram panchayat in Gurpur, Kaikamba. Apart from Kandavar, its borders stretch out to neighbouring villages such as Muloor, Badagaulipady, Paduperar, Kolambe, Gurpur and Addoor.
